From which country are the products shipped?

All products are shipped from the Netherlands.

Are all the products on your website authentic?

Yes! Every product we sell is 100% authentic. We carefully verify all our Pokémon cards to ensure they are genuine and meet official quality standards.

What is the quality of your cards?

Some of our cards are professionally graded by PSA or BGS. For all other cards, we provide our own condition grade — displayed on the product page — which you can also filter by: New, Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, or Heavily Played.
Each card comes with a high-quality scan as the product photo, allowing you to see any potential imperfections clearly before purchasing.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs range from €5 to €60, depending on the product and the destination country. You can always see the exact shipping cost on the checkout page after selecting your items. All orders are shipped securely with PostNL.
